David has worked in Financial Services since March 1988, his first 11 years were in direct sales for life offices, predominately Providence Capitol and Old Mutual.

David became an Independent Financial Advisor in 1998 and now works closely with his clients, both private and business developing solutions for their needs in protection, retirement and investment planning. He works in conjunction with accountants & solicitors, helping their clients meet their financial planning requirements across a variety of areas.

Drew has always worked in the financial sector, he started off at HSBC in 1988 and then moved on to Bristol & West where he became a Financial Adviser in 1997. After a few years of being a tied agent he wanted to expand his knowledge of the financial market by becoming an Independent Financial Adviser.

Since leaving Bristol & West he has worked for several Clifton based Financial Consultancies. Drew specialises in portfolio planning within the Investment and Pension market, but also enjoys the complexity of Inheritance Tax Planning.

Peter specialises in assisting both personal and corporate clients with their tax and financial affairs . He offers timely financial planning solutions tailor made to meet clients future needs.

Priding himself on being totally independent he conducts face to face meetings with a regular review commitment. Bringing with him a wealth of experience having worked in financial services for 25 years he is committed to maintaining the highest industry standards.
He has formed a number of strong links with local solicitors and accountants and new clients are engaged through personal recommendation.

After leaving the Inland Revenue, Chris worked for multi-national accountancy firms as a tax specialist. He came into financial services in 1988 and worked for both multi-national and regional advisory firms.

He maintains a high level of professional qualifications backed up by 15 years industry experience, advising private clients and corporations.

After teaching for seven and a half years, John commenced his career in financial services during January 1987. He started out as a company representative for Sun Life of Canada, stayed there for fourteen years then became an IFA in January 2001.

John has a wide breadth of experience and is able to advise private and corporate clients alike, across a wide range of protection, pension and investment issues.

Haydn has worked in the financial sector all of his working life. His business career commenced with National Westminster Bank. He then moved to a Finance House, rising to Branch Manager, before becoming a Financial Adviser in 1991.

This gives Haydn a broad base of financial expertise. One area he has chosen to extend his knowledge is in the area of pensions, attaining the advanced G60 Pension qualification. Haydn and his wife Siân, who is his business partner, have a son Liam and live in Yate, where Crystal Wealth Management have a second office.

Haydn works closely with his clients on an ongoing basis, where with a series of regular reviews he helps them develop and implement a financial plan, to achieve and maintain their desired lifestyle, and stay financially well organised.
